The Stoelting Italian ice machines make a sweetened frozen dessert typically with fruit or other natural or artificial food flavorings, similar to sorbet. Italian ice is similar to sorbet and snow cones, but usually does not contain dairy ingredients.

Stoelting are not available for use in the UK. They are for export in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia markets.
