BPF models features a square-shaped cooking pot with cylindrical tank, designed to be positioned against a wall, alone or in an array. They are suitable for restaurants and small and medium
cafeterias. For use on ships and ferries, the appliance
is provided with floor anchoring mechanism. On request,
the appliance can be supplied with a pasta strainer.
The BPF offers versatility, size and low energy consumption,
making it ideal for the preparation of food products in
small cooking establishments.
The gas models can be heated by direct or indirect heat. Use indirect heat if you are cooking delicate recipes which easily catch and burn, for example custard.
