Dough Sheeters from Electrolux Professional

Designed to spread pastry for food preparations, suitable for bakeries, pasta shops and pizzerias. These dough sheeters are available as floor or bench-mounted and have removable Teflon-coated slides for washing.

The motorised versions have asynchronous motors for silent operation and a longer life. A remote foot pedal to change rolling direction is available as an optional accessory.
