Counter-Top Ovens

The E711 1/1 GN convection oven has a minute timer, internal light and six shelf positions. The E7202 convection offers 2/3 GN capacity, anti-tilt shelves, precise temperature control and oven light for easy viewing.

Floor-Standing Ovens

These have a range of features designed to make an operator's job easier - 1/1 GN compatible oven chamber, slave door mechanism and precise temperature control. Superb cooking performance is further ensured with a cook and hold facility that allows food to be cooked and stored at the optimum serving temperature. Electronic ignition is a feature of gas models, as is a built-in flame failure device.
