The air-o-chill blast chillers from Electrolux can reduce food from +90°ree;C to +3°ree;C at food core in less than 90 minutes, with a shelf life of 5 days without flavour or weight loss.

The Electrolux air-o-chill blast chillers and freezers are a great compliment to the Electrolux professional cook-chill line, together with the Touchline and air-o-steam combination ovens.
