Hotplate made of stainless steel with hardened chrome contact surface: maintains heat and reduces heat loss in the environment with considerable energy saving. Hotplate with radiused corners and bevelled upper edge, size of cooking area 690x665 mm, thickness 18 mm, flush with top. 4 independent cooking zones with 4 kW output, dimensions 345x330 mm with surface temperature adjustment from 50 to 400 °C. Heating control knob shaped to prevent water infiltration, equipped with integral indicator light for instant recognition of heating and correct operation of the appliance. Indicator lights showing activation of heating and correct appliance operation. Different temperatures can be set for different heating zones, and pans can be shifted from one to another to obtain better cooking, while certain foods can be cooked directly on the cooking surface. Appliance equipped with a large perimeter channel, hole for fat run-off and a grease collection drawer. IPX5 water-resistant rating. Appliance equipped with stainless steel adjustable feet.
