Product Overview: Pass-through electric griddle, with a smooth chrome plate and controls on both sides, made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish. Front groove with a 40mm hole for grease to be collected, connected to a large removable drawer. Heating occurs by means of 2 x 900 mm. Worktop with a continuous section, which can be assembled in accordance with your needs with head-to-head joints so as to guarantee hygiene and easy cleaning.
