Product Overview: Pass-through electric griddle, with a smooth plate in stainless steel Aisi 430, with controls on both sides, made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish. Front groove with a hole for grease to be collected, connected to the large removable drawer. Heating occurs by means of 2 x 7.5 kW armoured resistors placed beneath the plate. Two cooking areas controlled by the thermostat that can be adjusted from 110°C to 280°C. Manual-reset safety thermostat. Indicator lamps verify that the appliance functions properly. Top surface: 680x900 mm. Worktop with a continuous section, which can be assembled in accordance with your needs with head-to-head joints so as to guarantee hygiene and easy cleaning.The product complies with EC 1935/2004 Regulation and 21/03/1973 Rulemaking (Materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs).
