Product Overview: Freestanding tilting electric bratt pan in AISI 304 stainless steel. Top designed for flush alignment with hermetic seal supplied. Cooking tank with manual lifting mechanism, in stainless steel, 60-litre capacity, with 10 mm gauge bottom in Duplex. Rectangular with radiused corners for improved cleaning. Double skinned lid with drip zone at rear to convey condensate into the pan, fitted with sturdy AISI 304 stainless steel hinges with spring balancing. Pushbutton controlled automatic tank filling with water. Fixed water tap positioned on the top. Satin-finish tubular AISI 304 steel handle with front grip, joined to lid. High efficiency heating with diecast aluminium thermoblocks in direct contact with the tank bottom. Heat control knob shaped to prevent water infiltration, equipped with integral indicator lights for instant recognition of heating and correct operation of the appliance. Thermostat controlled temperature adjustable from 100°C to 280°C. Safety system to interrupt heating when tank is raised. Model equipped with safety thermostat with reset button accessible to the user. Water filling kit complete with tap and dispenser as standard. The kit includes the bratt pan lid with opening. The product complies with EC regulation 1935/2004 and Italian ministerial decree 21/03/1973 (Materials and Objects intended to come into contact with Food) MOCA. IPX5 water-resistant rating.
