Product Overview: Electric module for pasta cooker baskets automatic lifting. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel with 2 mm thick top. The module is capable of lifting 2 baskets size 1/3 or 1/6 and it can be used in conjunction with pasta cookers with 1 or 2 tanks, positioned either to the right or to the left of the tank. Each lifting operation is controlled by an independent timer adjustable in accordance with the cooking time required by the product. When cooking is completed, the basket is raised automatically and it remains lifted in the stand-by position. IPX5 protection rating. Appliance equipped with stainless steel adjustable feet.
