Blast Chiller - Remote The KPS 180 is the largest blast chiller and freezer in the KPS Series. They are available as roll-in or roll through units with one or two doors. With two door models the food can be rolled from the kitchen directly into the blast chiller and through for storage in refrigerated cold rooms. Chilling capacity: 180kg from +70°c to +3°c in 90 minutes It is necessary to connect this unit to an external drain. The product is delivered unassembled in parts on a pallet.
