Mussel and Shellfish Washers from Electrolux Professional

These shellfish washers are supplied with a special plate for washing mussel or any other type of shellfish. Shellfish can be loaded directly into the cleaning chamber, away from the machine.

The shellfish washers come with a removable filter basket and have a 3 minute timer for each cycle.

The machines operate at 208 RPM and have an option to purchase a kit to convert the machine into a vegetable peeler.
