From pancakes and eggs to steaks and chicken, the E9541 smooth polished steel griddle plate is ideal. This model uses a 4.4kW element, is thermostatically-controlled and has a temperature range of 100-300°C. The plate is completely surrounded by a grease trough which, along with a removable grease collection area makes the E9541 easy to clean.
The hob is constructed from 2mm 304 grade stainless steel and laser cut with right angled edges to allow the joining of units with no gaps via the patented Dynamic Link System (DLS). It is also IPX5 rated, for ease of cleaning.
The unit is supplied on adjustable feet, with fixed or mobile stand available
