A commercial pasta cooker (or pasta boiler) has fast recovery and heat up times to very quickly cook pasta in a commercial kitchen. Ranging from small, floor-standing 16 litre pasta boilers up to 420 litre Icos pasta cookers, there's a wide range of gas or electric models to choose from.

We offer modular pasta cookers from the Electrolux Professional 900XP Series, Falcon Dominator Plus and Blue Seal Evolution Series pasta boilers.
