Commercial Gas and Electric Square Case Boiling Pans from Icos Professional

These boiling pans are parallel-piped with cylindrical cooking vessels. They can be wall positioned either individually or in series. This is the most suitable pan for modular installation under a hood. Thanks to its solid design and functionality, it is most suited for continuous and prolonged use.

Available in 100, 150, 300 and 500 litres capacity, with gas, electric or direct steam heating.

The gas models can be heated by direct or indirect heat. Use indirect heat if you are cooking delicate recipes which easily catch and burn, for example custard.
