Heating from wire resistances fixed underneath the plate; resistances controlled by regulation thermostats. Power light to signal the operation.Electric over with large diameter resistances of Incoloy stainless steel. Salamander grill on the upper side and thermostat for regulating temperature from 50° to 270°C. 4-level oven chamber of AISI 430 steel and pressed and ribbed inner door of stainless steel. Equipped with line light and light for signaling when the temperature is reached.High resistance pressed knobs of AISI 304 stainless steel, 20/10 thick.Adjustable legs.
