Key features:
Worktop from AISI 304 stainless steel of 20/10 thickness, front and side panels from AISI 304 stainless steel and Scotch Brite finishing. Armoured heating elements inside the tank (100% efficiency), rotatable by 90° for easier cleaning. Safety device for disconnecting the power supply when the heating elements are in a vertical position. AISI 304 stainless steel tank with rounded edges and a large cold area underneath the heating elements for draining off the residues. The top has rounded edges and incorporates a surface to support the slightly inclined baskets which helps drain off the oil. Temperature control through high precision electric thermostat. The oil filtering system, completely integrated in the machine body, allows filtering the oil in less than 4 minutes, blocking all particles larger than 400 microns. Independent and automatic basket lift, with AISI 304 stainless steel supports, completely removable and dishwasher safe. Height adjustable feet.
