Key features:

Worktop in AISI 304 stainless steel with a 20/10 thickness, front and side panels in AISI 304 stainless steel, Scotch Brite finishing. 6 mm glass ceramic cooking surface. Heating elements able to reach high temperatures (up to 500°C) that radiate heat to the cooking surface. Heating circuit in 230 x 230 mm SQUARE zone with a POWER adjustment up to 3,2 kW. The zones are marked with serigraphs that allow the proper positioning of the pan. After switching off each zone, a light signals any residual heat up to 60°C to safe-guard the operator. The static electric oven is made entirely from stainless steel, with 4 levels of supports for grills/pans 2/1GN. Grill with salamander function at the top and a thermostat for precise temperature regulations between 50° and 270°C. Power light and temperature light. AISI 304 stainless steel moulded, rounded edge door and inner door. AISI 304, 20/10 thick stainless steel strong door handles. Adjustable feet. Standard version: 1 anti-tilt oven shelf.Optional accessories: two thermostats to independently adjust the two shelves? temperature.
