Our eCommerce store already has some great prices, but with our price promise we can reduce our prices to give you the best value we can possibly achieve.

The great service has always been there, we just added better prices too!

Our Price Promise Terms

1. Our price promise is only applicable to UK private sector, mainland customers.

2. We will offer to beat a distributor price as long as it is the same brand, model and SKU.

3. We will offer to beat the distributor price for stocked items only.

4. The distributor must be registered to trade within the UK. We will not price match or beat auction or marketplace web site prices.

5. The distributor's price must be shown in the public domain and not include any quantity reductions, special offers or coupon codes.

6. Price matching is offered as good will and can be revoked on any item at the discretion of Swanwick Foodservice Equipment Ltd if it is deemed not financially viable to price match an item.

7. Our price matching will not include delivery or installation costs.

8. The distributor must not be selling at less than the cost price of the item to Swanwick Foodservice Equipment Ltd in conjunction with point 6.

9. The distributor price must be subject to the same VAT application as application by Swanwick Foodservice Equipment Ltd.

10. The sale price must be agreed in writing by Swanwick Foodservice Equipment Ltd in conjunction with our standard terms of sale.

11. Any price matching will be valid for a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 48 hours, after which point the regular price will be the selling price.
