The Electrolux Professional Easyline boiling pans are available with tilting pans, in 40 and 60 litre sizes.

For light weight mixing the Electrolux Professional Smart Promix boiling pans offer agitator mixers fitted to the lid, for automated cooking and mixing up to 300 litres capacity.

For heavy duty mixing the Electrolux Professional Smart Variomix boiling pans are fitted with stirrer arms and scraper paddles, for making products as tough as mashed potato. They are also ideal for making jams and chutney. The Variomix has optional water jacket cooling for rapid product temperature reduction, and is available up to 300 litres capacity.
