Features

Market Forge self-generating electric pedestal steam jacketed kettle is constructed of welded satin finish stainless steel type 304. A double wall kettle interior forms a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle. The jacket encloses easy to remove heat elements water and antifreeze for superior heat distribution. F-PE kettles are mounted on a stainless steel pedestal base with four evenly spaced holes for securing the unit to the floor.
