These are automatic tilting boiling pans, with lateral support uprights. These models are designed for cooking solid foods that are transferred by tilting the pan. On request, they are fitted with a 2 inch spout for emptying the liquids involved in the cooking process.

Available in 100, 150, 300 and 500 litres capacity, with gas, electric or direct steam heating.

The gas models can be heated by direct or indirect heat. Use indirect heat if you are cooking delicate recipes which easily catch and burn, for example custard.
