Our boiling pans can be fitted with various options to be suitable for the production of bone broth or delicate sauces. With extended cooking times, often overnight, we can have our boiling pans fitted with very accurate temperature controllers which will keep the bone broth temperature within 1 or 2 degrees centigrade.
Our boiling pans are perfect for creating healthy bone broth and delicate sauces. They can be manufactured with direct heat for simple boiling operations, or with indirect heat jackets for delicate sauce production.
We offer gas, electric or even direct steam bone broth pans, for connection to a steam plant.
Tilting broth boiling pans are available, allowing the product to be removed into trolleys for sieving.
We also offer stationary boiling pans, for use with a winch and baskets. This is the easiest way to remove the unwanted product at the end of the cooking cycle.
Cooking vessels are made from 316 stainless steel base, with 304 sides. They can be made with complete 316 vessels and even 316 lids if required, for acidic ingredients.
The bone broth can be removed from the boiling pans by tilting, or by the 2-inch draw-off taps fitted as standard. Butterfly valves for direct connection to a pump bottling machine can be fitted upon request.
The pans can have HACCP monitoring options added to the controllers, which require a network engineer to install and configure. Our pans have HACCP software for installation on a PC if required for overnight monitoring.
The baskets for removing the unwanted product range from 100 litre right up to 500 litre, to suit the size of the boiling pan.
We also offer insulated lids for keeping the bone broth boilers hot without loosing heat, in between batches.
