Features

The Market Forge MT-25EO & MT-40EO steam jacketed tilting kettles with self-contained electric generator feature a 24 kW electrically powered steam generator. Simply turn the removable handle to tilt the kettle nearly upright for complete emptying of the contents. The patented pan support maintains proper pan position while tilting. The cooking temperature is controlled with a steam control valve located on the right side of cabinet top. A hot and cold water fill faucet with swing spout is located on the cabinet top. The kettle includes a stainless steel strainer and 2-inch (51mm) sanitary draw-off valve that empties into a swing drain. The kettles also includes a one-piece counter-balanced stainless steel cover.
