Features

The Market Forge FT-L Series direct steam tilting tri-leg steam jacketed kettles are constructed of welded satin finish stainless steel type 304. A double wall kettle interior forms a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle. The kettle bottom is elliptical for superior heat circulation. The tri-leg mounting frame with stainless steel pipe conceals the steam piping. Each leg is fitted with a four-hole adjustable flange foot for securing to the floor.
