The Market Forge FT-12CG gas fired self-contained steam jacketed kettle has a double wall kettle interior with a jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle The jacket enclosure shall contain factory sealed water and antifreeze. The bottom of the kettle has a hemispherical design for superior heat circulation. The kettle exterior is fully insulated.
